Flucarbazone-sodium (Ref: BAY MKH 6562) |
(Also known as: MKH 6562) |
Flucarbazone-sodium is a post-emergence herbicide. It is highly soluble in water, semi-volatile but poses a high risk of leaching to groundwater. It is non-persistent in soils but may be very persistent in aquatic systems. Whilst it has a low mammalian toxicity it may bioaccumulate. It is an eye irritant but no other serious human health issues have been identified. It is moderately toxic to birds, most aquatic organims and earthworms but considered to be non-toxic to honeybees. |
The following alerts are based on the data in the tables below. An absence of an alert does not imply the substance has no implications for human health, biodiversity or the environment but just that we do not have the data to form a judgement.
