D-D is an organochlorine multi-use pesticide. It is highly soluble in water but little other data relating to its environmental fate is available. D-D is moderately toxic to fish and is also moderately toxic to mammals if injested. It is also an irritant.

A soil-injected pesticide comprised of two forms of dichloropropane and other hydrocarbons used to control soil-borne pests and also has some herbicidal and fungicial activity
