Bis(2-chloroethyl)ether is an obsolete fumigant. Very little information has been published regarding its environmental fate although it is highly soluble in water. This substance is not highly toxic to aquatic organisms. It is highly toxic to mammals and it may be considered to be carcinogenic and a neurotoxin. |
